The table below shows the rental rate for one or two adults. Extra adults and children are charged extra as shown. The maximum occupancy is four adults, or two adults plus up to three children (under 16).

The normal changeover days are Monday or Friday. Other days may be possible on request.

Electricity, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, internet access and parknig are included in the price.

3 or 4 night stays can only be booked less than one month in advance.

Arrival normally 1600hrs or later. Departure normally 1000hrs or earlier.

£100 refundable security deposit (waivable for repeat bookings).

20% deposit on booking, full payment due 4 weeks before arrival.

Payment by internet bank transfer, cheque, debit card or credit card.
